rikka «Paracide» – is highly effective disinfectant against «gold or rust disease», that appear in decorative fish in fresh and seawater upon infection with parasite of Oodinium group.

And also by parasite that cause skin opacification (freshwater - Piscinoodinium pillularis, seawater - Amyloodinium ocellatum), cryptacaryon, chilodonella, Ichtyobodo (Costia) etc.

Visible symptoms – velvet "dust" on skin which can have yellow, white, grey or brown color and (or) hardly noticeable small dots that are significantly smaller than upon infection with Ich.

Upon significant infection of gill rapid respiration and gill movement can be observed.

Additionally, upon infection with aforementioned and other parasites, following non-specific symptoms can be observed: rubbing against decorations and aquarium equipment, clamped fins, refusal to feed, low activity, apathy, color darkening.
